Chartered on the 16th May 1983 the Rotary Club of Kangaroo Flat is Club number 18327 of Rotary Distict 9800 (formerly 980).

Like all Rotary Clubs, our members are leaders in their respective fields, whether it is businesses, professions or trades. Kangaroo Flat Rotarians are involved in many facets of the community with a driving commitment to the concept of service, a strong need to 'give something back' - and a definite desire to have fun and make friends at the same time!

Our club recently celebrated 25 years of sevice within the community and are proudly carrying the Rotary traditions as well as forging new projects within local, wide and international community.

Our club is the proud founding club of ROMAC. We've hosted many exchange students involving many countries and continents. The Club has also awarded many Paul Harris Fellows to club members and members of the community for their outstanding contributions.

Rotary is a service organisation of business and professional leaders (male and female) united worldwide who conduct humanitarian projects, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, work toward world understanding and peace and encourage enjoyment and friendship in local communities around the world.Rotary International was founded in 1905 in Chicago and in 100 years has expanded to 166 countries, with 31000 Clubs and approximately 1.2 million members.
