Our Rotary Clubrooms are available* at excellent rates for hire. Our Clubrooms are used by community groups, business, corporations and and individuals on a regular basis for all types of different functions. Our clubrooms are available on part, full, consecutive day or ongoing arrangements. Our calendar below outlines any booking opportunities*. The booking form is within the calendar as well.
To book the Rotary Gateway Park Club Rooms there are 5 easy steps;
1. Check in the Calendars below that there are no bookings during your intended booking date(s)*.
2. Fill out and submit (or print off) the completed Rotary Gateway Park Booking Request.
3. Fill in 2 X required documentation requirements;
a. Rotary Gateway Park Undertaking and Indemnity, and
b. Rotary Gateway Park Hire Agreement.
4. Make available these 3 documents and Deposit (refundable**) / Booking Levy (non refundable) to the Club Bookings Officer to secure your booking(s).
5. When full payment is recieved by the Club Bookings Officer then Alarm Codes and Key Codes are made available to the Hirer.

*Please note that bookings may exist that have not been updated to this webpage
** The Deposit is refundable except;
a. When cancellations are confirmed to the Club Bookings Officer within 7days or less of the booked event.
b. 50% of the deposit will be refunded when cancellations are confirmed to the Club Bookings Officer between 7 - 14 days of the booked event.
